We offer a variety of services at Upland Point that are tailored to meet individual needs and provide a maximum of choice and independence. In our facilities, clients in need of assisted living in Wisconsin can expect to receive assistance with:

Staff work with clients to develop a service plan that works toward independence goals. Our rates include home-cooked meals prepared with local food.
Supportive Home Care
In addition to our services for assisted living in WI, we provide other programs to meet the needs of our disabled clients. Our Integrity Home Care Solutions supportive home care service, covers a large portion of Southern Wisconsin and provides independent care services for those individuals who are not in need of a dependent residential home setting. Individuals in our supported home care program are encouraged toward independence and community interdependence. CBRF Department Approved Training
We currently offer three department approved CBRF trainings in Universal Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, and Medication Administration and Management. These classes are open to anyone. Contact us for rates and information.
